The Celiac Disease Program at Children’s National Medical Center (CNMC)
and our Chef Spokesperson Chef Aaron Flores are thrilled to invite you to the
first ever Washington DC Gluten-Free Vendor Expo! This is the first of many
expos to come to the DC area and we are thrilled to invite you to participate.
The 2011 Expo will feature more than 50 gluten-free vendors from across the country. Each vendor will sample and/or sell their products. In some cases, the vendors will offer large discounts to purchase products at the event.The Vendor Expo will run from 4:00pm-8:00pm on Friday July 8, 2011.
Following the vendor fair, the CNMC Celiac Disease
Program Advisory Board will host a Gluten-Free Cocktail Reception at Finn
& Porter (upstairs atrium at the Embassy Suites) from 7:30pm-10:00pm to relax, mingle
with new and old friends, eat delicious gluten-free food and learn more about
the DC gluten-free community. The
theme for the event is “Globally Gluten-Free” and Chef Aaron Flores will
prepare all of the international gluten-free food. We hope you'll join us at this fantastic event!
